Window tint isn't legal for the front side windows in Germany....period. Some cars are shipped over here that way and slip through the usaeur/usafe inspection....if so you can get away with it until you get a fix it ticket from the Polizei...they'll give you like a day to remove it... Some US inspectors in Germany will fail your initial inspection ...others will let you slip through. YES , you will see a lot of US registered cars with front tint in Germany......just slipped through, and good until you get caught.
